Proprietors Dominique and Eileen Faury present the new & very romantic Twist Bistro, located next to the Twist Café in old town Campbell. This husband and wife team have earned a reputation for fabulous faire with a unique twist! After three years of successful business at the Twist Café, Eileen and Dominique are opening an elegant American bistro with a French twist. The bistro seats about 45 inside and 40 on the outside heated patio. The bistro also offers a private Chefs Dining room where folks can order either from the menu or enjoy suggestions from the culinary & wine experts on staff. Twist Bistro, with its cozy fireplace, rich hardwood floors, and open ceiling provide a feeling of warmth and welcome. The wine bar boasts a large, yet unique assortment of both California and French wines. In the kitchen Dominique, with over 25 years of French American culinary experience, creates classic French bistro dishes with an American flair.
